Wentworth Point Marinas
The waterfront village development is located in Homebush Bay, along the banks of the Parramatta River. It is helping to transform the former industrial area into a vibrant residential community.
The $900 million development consists of 1,149 apartments in the ZEN, Sirius Tower, and Sirius Waterfront buildings. It also includes the Marina Square retail precinct, community centre, and library. Marina Square includes a Coles Supermarket, and 45 other produce stores, bakeries, baristas, bars, and other speciality stores.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided RMS Verification services associated with the construction of a bus access road to the precinct.
Closely located to Sydney CBD, Mascot Central is a masterplanned community offering residents premium apartments, and convenient proximity to shopping, recreation, entertainment, and childcare precincts. The development includes approximately 1,220 luxury apartments, secure parking, two aquatic and leisure centres, parklands, a children’s playground, and a childcare centre.
The Mascot Central Retail Precinct is an open-air precinct including a Woolworths and 21 other food, health, and beauty speciality stores. The retail precinct also includes a pedestrian walkway to the Mascot train station, with just an 8-minute ride to the City fringe.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Meriton Group for the provision of Strata and Complying Development Certificates associated with this development.
Evergreen, Spring Farm
Evergreen is a tranquil community surrounded by bushland corridors along the Nepean flood plain. The development is a multi-stage residential subdivision, and offers residents numerous family-friendly parks and reserves, walking and bike tracks, barbeque and picnic spots, and playgrounds.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Cardno c/- AVJennings for the provision of a Construction Certificate for the subdivision works for stages P800A and P800B.
