Born and educated in the United States, Kim relocated to the Central Coast and started with BRS in 2015. After graduating with high honours from the University of Georgia with a degree in landscape architecture, she has worked in US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia on projects across many sectors, including commercial, hospitality, residential, recreation and tourism, to name a few. Her previous experience in design and construction both locally and internationally has given her the capability to take projects from concept to completion.
At BRS, she enjoys the variety of responsibilities in her roles as Central Coast manager and as assistant project manager. Coordinating with her colleagues and external consultants and performing client-side project management services has given her the opportunity to collaborate with interesting people to achieve positive solutions and outcomes.
When she is not in the office Kim can be found at the beach with her family or on the tennis court with her mum.
St George House
St George House in Kogarah has been well frequented by our project management team since Westpac Group engaged BRS for client-side project management services for major refurbishments of the existing metro site, such as the addition of an on-site child care facility and upgrades to the expansive glass atrium. BRS Project Managers are now servicing Westpac Group to facilitate the refurbishment of over 50 existing bathrooms and provide a drying room facility for gym users and cyclists
