Services: The Leura Fairways Resort provides the height of mountain living for the over 55’s. Based in the Blue Mountains adjacent to Leura Golf Club the resort provides fully serviced spacious apartments with northerly aspect living areas. At the heart of the development is “The Lodge”, a large gracious heritage building.

Barker Ryan Stewart were engaged by the Leura Fairways Resort to provide road, access, drainage (including Water Sensitive Urban Design elements and On Site Detention) and soil erosion and sediment control designs and stormwater management plans.

Services: Private certification services are required for the road and drainage works associated with Stage 2 of the subject senior living development. The following services are offered for your consideration to assist you in the provision of the required compliance certification (works). Receive and review design plans, construction certificate and development consent approval for the proposed works. Inspect construction at the required stages during the progress of the works. Review work-as-executed plans, site inspection reports, geotechnical reports and prepare and issue compliance certificate(s) at the nominated stages of the works in accordance with Council requirements.

Services: Planning and Stormwater Drainage Plan and Design. Inspect site to determine design constraints and other factors influencing the design. Attend two (2) project meetings. Preparation of access longitudinal section and manoeuvring template assessment of service vehicles. Preparation of Stormwater Management Plan and brief report in accordance with the requirements of Council’s Water Cycle Management Guidelines and DCP 165 (including MUSIC Modelling). Preparation of concept Stormwater Drainage Plan (including On Site Detention calculations and details). Preparation of Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (including Nutrient Control details as required). Preparation of Concept Sewer Pumping Station details. Preparation of plans detailing the above designs, suitable for submission in support of a Development Application.
