Project: ALDI Stores (Umina, Port Macquarie, Green Point, Gosford, Kempsey)
Client: ALDI Foods
Services: We have assisted ALDI Foods with obtaining development approvals for ALDI Stores at various NSW locations.
Working collaboratively with design professionals we provide a range of services including DA Documentation Town Planning Advice; Statement of Environmental Effects; CPTED Reports (Crime Prevention); and Waste Management Plans.
Coles Shopping Centres
Project: Coles Shopping Centres (Cooranbong, San Remo, Wadalba)
Client: Coles Group Property
Services: Barker Ryan Stewart has provided ongoing development management and town planning services for Coles shopping centres on the NSW Central Coast and Lake Macquarie region.
Our involvement has included: DA Documentation; Town Planning Advice Statement of Environmental Effects; CPTED Reports (Crime Prevention); Waste Management Plans; community consultation and Land & Environment Court Representation.
Northlakes Tavern
Project: Northlakes Shopping Centre, Tavern & Bottleshop
Client: Stevens Group
Services: Utilising Existing Use Rights provisions, we successfully negotiated development approval for conversion of an existing Hotel, tourist accommodation and bottle shop development to a modern shopping centre accommodating Coles, First Choice Liquor, Northlakes Tavern and specialty stores.
Barker Ryan Stewart had a comprehensive Development Management role and were responsible for project coordination of design and approval stage; and preparation of DA submissions.
Lawson Rise
Project: Lawson Rise - Re-development of Lawson Post Office with Specialty Stores, Commercial premises and Shop Top Housing
Client: Kresner Group
Services: The former Lawson Post Office site is located at the entry to the Lawson Town Centre.
We assisted with negotiating development approvals and preparing stormwater management plans for this iconic site. Our services included Town Planning Advice; Statement of Environmental Effects; Waste Management Plan; and Stormwater Management Plan.
High Street Retail
Project: High Street Willoughby
Client: Orlani Property Group
Services: Adaptive reuse of service station and shop for boutique retail development consisting of cafes, retail and commercial premises.
The site operated under Existing Use Rights and we assisted the client with negotiating approvals for a complex Development Application.
