Our services included: Development Management; DA Documentation; Town Planning Advice; Statement of Environmental Effects; Waste Management Plans; Traffic & Parking Reports; Stormwater Management Plan; Water Sensitive Urban Design; and representation at Joint Regional Planning Panel.

Waterford County
Project: Waterford County - Raymond Terrace Road, Chisholm
Client: County Properties
Services: Waterford County is a master planned residential subdivision of approximately 1,200 lots located near the historic town of Morpeth.
The subdivision has a wide range of lots, from live/work terraces up to 1800m2 homesteads.
Barker Ryan Stewart provided independent verification of RTA intersection works for a Major Works Authorisation Deed.

The water sensitive urban design features of the development included the provision of bio-swales for water quality and on site detention purposes and the rehabilitation of a natural watercourse and a natural spring.
