Barker Ryan Stewart (BRS) is proud to announce that Pulver Cooper & Blackley (PCB) has amalgamated with our company.
Founded in 1930, PCB has a long and established history and is one of the larger providers of surveying, subdivision (planning, surveying, civil engineering and project management) and Hunter Water design and certification services in the Hunter region.
Joining forces with BRS has increased the capacity and capabilities of both companies in the Hunter region and throughout NSW.
As a Registered Surveyor and Senior Civil Engineer, David England is one of the leaders in his field in the provision of surveying, civil engineering, project management and Hunter Water design and certification services. He also has extensive experience acting as an expert witness in the NSW Land and Environment Court. David remains an integral member of the PCB team as a point of contact for clients and in the provision of PCB’s services.
To provide a foundation to support the future growth of PCB, Troy Sumner has been appointed the Manager of the survey discipline and an Associate of PCB and Ashlee Ryan has been appointed as the Manager of the planning, civil engineering, project management and Hunter Water disciplines and is now also an Associate of PCB.
The combined BRS and PCB teams look forward to continuing to provide our full range of services to successfully deliver your projects.
If you have any queries relating to BRS and PCB and how we can assist with your projects, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
