Pagewood Green is a new master-planned mixed-use development located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The development is situated on 16.5 hectares of land which will accommodate over 3,000 residential apartments over the next ten years. It is also surrounded by lush green spaces, including a large parkland and dining precinct.
The development’s first stage ‘Allium’ comprises of four mixed-use towers, two 20-storey and two 16-storey buildings. These towers include approximately 487 apartments, ample car parking, and an onsite child-care facility. The second stage ‘Dahlia’ includes two residential buildings offering approximately 167 oversized apartments with exceptional views of Pagewood Green’s central park space.
Pagewood Green offers residents exceptional transport links and convenient access to nearby shopping precincts including Westfield Eastgardens.
Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Meriton to act as the TfNSW Project Verifier and for strata certification services associated with the first stage of the development. The TfNSW project verification services enabled the modification of two different signalised intersections, and the widening of Bunnerong Road and Banks Avenue.
