Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by The Bathla Group to provide development application and construction certificate design documentation for the approval of a proposed childcare and residential development.

The proposed development consists of the construction of a mixed-use building including; a ground level childcare facility, multi-level apartments, and ample basement parking. The site will also consist of 122 dwellings made up of Torrens and Strata titles.

The site is situated within the North West Growth Centre, and the area is expected to transform into lively communities over the next ten years. The new community at Marsden Park will include 10,300 new homes and local amenities to facilitate for the expected population to triple within the next ten years.

The site is conveniently located adjacent to the future Marsden Park town centre, which is set to become a future employment and shopping hub for the area. It is expected that the town centre will provide up to 1,300 new jobs for local residents.

The full scope of services provided includes:

  • Concept and detail road and drainage design
  • Detail site grading
  • Detailed temporary OSD/WSUD basin design
  • Stormwater Management Report
  • Water quality modelling and detail design
  • Concept and detail bulk earthworks and retaining wall design
