33-43 Foxall Road is a 4-hectare residential subdivision, comprising of 43 Torrens title lots and 30 community title lots with associated roads and water quality treatment structures.

Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by Lifen Pty Ltd for traffic and civil engineering design services associated with the development.

The full scope of services provided include:

– Concept design documentation
– Water sensitive urban design model and report

– Inspection of substation footing

Crowle Estate, Meadowbank

Crowle Gardens is a master planned development containing 5 residential apartment buildings with a total gross floor area of 35,000 sqm.

Barker Ryan Stewart have been engaged to provide Traffic Engineering and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) services for Stages 1 and 2 Comprising of 154 residential apartments, basement car parking for 187 vehicles and associated facilities.

Narara Valley Recreation & Sporting Precinct

The development includes the construction of new sporting fields, floodlighting, amenities and clubhouse, and the provision of a viewing platform overlooking the surrounding Wetlands. When complete, the facility will have the capacity to host major regional sporting events.

Barker Ryan Stewart was engaged by The Design Partnership to provided Traffic & Parking advice for the proposed development.

Waterside, Gosford

Located in the Gosford City Centre the Waterside development includes 3 high rise towers containing 500 residential apartments, 80 room hotel, tavern, restaurant, supermarket, cinema and retail space.

Services provided by Barker Ryan Stewart included a heritage impact assessment; crime prevention, waste management and traffic reports.

Peninsula Retirement Village

Barker Ryan Stewart provided Traffic and Parking advice during the preparation of a master plan for the future redevelopment of the subject site.

Our ongoing role includes advice on the rationalisation of car parking across the site, access and traffic arrangements, provision for service / delivery vehicles and pedestrian movement and safety.

Danks Hardware Distribution Centre

Barker Ryan Stewart provided Planning and Traffic Engineering Services for an extension to the existing facility for special goods storage. Services included preparation of Statement of Environment Effects, Waste Management Plan and Traffic and Parking Impact Assessment.

The Charles Apartments, Canterbury

Deicorp required the services of a Traffic Engineering Consultant for a proposed amendment to their mixed-use development at Charles Street, Canterbury. Barker Ryan Stewart provided traffic and parking impact assessment services for a mixed use development, comprising 202 residential apartments, supermarket, liquor store and 8 x retail/restaurant units.

Crowle Estate, Ryde

Deicorp required the services of a Traffic and Civil Engineering Consultant to provide advice and a traffic and parking impact assessment in support of a Development Application to Council.

Barker Ryan Stewart provided traffic and parking impact assessment, travel plan and public domain infrastructure design services for a 416 residential apartment development, including the retention of a heritage building.

Barker Ryan Stewart’s traffic and parking impact assessment report assisted in the successful development consent determination from Ryde City Council. Barker Ryan Stewart’s Public Domain Infrastructure Design was successful in having a section 138 approval issued by Ryde City Council.

Mariners Plaza, Gosford

Gosford City Development Pty Ltd are a developer who needed assistance on a large landmark mixed-use development in Gosford. The development of Mariners Plaza meant they needed an experienced consultant to work collaboratively with the project team and negotiate with Council and the JRPP.

The $157 million Mariners Plaza in the heart of Gosford includes two towers rising up to 28 storeys, 134 room hotel and supermarket as well as 276 residential apartments, 476 on site car parking spaces and commercial and retail premises.

Barker Ryan Stewart worked with the developer to provide a detailed traffic and parking assessment.

Residential and Retail Development

Barker Ryan Stewart were engaged by Meriton Apartments to provide road and stormwater design and traffic services for a residential (270 units) / retail (7 outlets) development at Church Street, Meadowbank.
