Our directors and senior staff have good professional working relationships with officers in local councils, the RTA, Department of Planning & Infrastructure, Office of Water and other government agencies.

Glenn Barker

Accredited Certifier (Subdivisions)
Glenn has over fifteen years’ experience in the assessment design, construction and project management of subdivision, civil engineering and property development projects - working in local government and private practice.
Glenn is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and is currently working towards registration on the National Professional Engineers register. He is accredited as a Principal Certifier – Subdivision under the Building Professional Boards accreditation scheme for the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act. This enables him to issue construction, compliance and subdivision certificates for subdivisions.

Garry Ryan

Accredited Certifier (Strata, Subdivisions and Civil Works)
Garry has over twenty years’ experience in the design, construction and project management of civil engineering projects. He has worked in various roles in local government for well over a decade, gaining an excellent reputation in his field, and was managing director of GJ Ryan & Associates Pty Ltd for more than five years.
Garry maintains registration on the National Professional Engineers Register, ensuring that he keeps up to date with the latest changes in the profession and complies with continuing professional development requirements.
Garry has attained accreditation as a Principal Certifier - Subdivision and Accredited Certifier (Civil) under the Building Professional Board’s accreditation scheme for the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act. This enables him to issue strata, construction, compliance, subdivision and complying development certificates.

Ian Stewart

Ian specialises in town planning and development management with over 18 years’ experience in government and private practice. Ian's role includes the management of DA and rezoning applications, representation in the Land and Environment Court, and preparation of environmental reports.
Ian is a Certified Practising Planner and member of the Planning Institute of Australia.

Craig Maher

Craig has over fifteen years’ experience working in both local government and private practice. Craig has extensive experience in the design, construction and project management of civil engineering projects and large scale subdivision works.
Craig has solid working relationships with numerous local Council’s and has significant experience in the provision of consulting engineering services to Local Government.
Craig’s strength lies in the ability to achieve practical cost effective outcomes.
