Services: Working with the client we assisted with development of a constrained site to achieve an economically viable solution. This included conversion of an industrial building to a self-storage facility, strata subdivision of the self-storage modules, and subdividing a surplus car parking area for development of 4 Storey commercial premises.

Cumberland Green Industrial Park
Project:Cumberland Green Industrial Park Rydalmere - 6ha Industrial Park on Parramatta River Foreshore
Client: Colonial First State Global Asset Management
Services: Cumberland Green Industrial Estate is a 6 ha site bounded by Parramatta River. The estate is home to major national companies and includes a combination of smaller industrial suites and two large warehouse and distribution centres.
We assisted with the preparation of a Master Plan for development of residue land; project management of site remediation works and obtaining development approvals from Parramatta City Council.

Services: Goodman Property Services obtained approval for construction, fit out and operation of a warehouse and distribution centre, comprising three warehouse buildings and ancillary office building under the 3A Major Projects system.
Barker Ryan Stewart’s role included 3A Major Project – Principal Certifying Authority, construction certificate, compliance certificate and subdivision certificate issue.
Hoxton Park Aerodrome
Project:Hoxton Park Aerodrome
Client: Mirvac Projects
Services: 50 hectare employment site at the former Hoxton Park Aerodrome in Sydney’s west.
The proposal for warehouses, distribution centres and light industry will support more than 2,500 jobs.
Barker Ryan Stewart have been engaged for subdivision works certification; RTA road works verification and civil certification services.
Coles Distribution Centre
Project:Coles Distribution Centre, Goulburn

Services: Australand Holdings subdivided and developed a large warehouse and associated facilities for Coles Group. The state of the art distribution facility is located at the southern off ramp of the Hume Highway.
Barker Ryan Stewart were engaged by Australand Holdings to provide private certification services for the internal design and construction of roads, drainage, watercourse rehabilitation and bulk earthworks and the compliance works requirements of the Roads and Traffic Authority for works within existing road reserves.

Barker Ryan Stewart are engaged by Wattyl Australia to provide road, access and drainage design, rehabilitation and construction supervision services for their main manufacturing and distribution centre for NSW in Steel Street, Blacktown.
Highpoint
Project:Highpoint Erina

Services: The Highpoint commercial building in Erina on the NSW Central Coast is quickly becoming identified as a landmark building. Occupied by some of the Central Coasts major companies the Highpoint building is prominently located on the intersection the Central Coast Highway and Barralong Road.
We successfully obtained approval for the development and were responsible for all town planning, Council negotiations and strata certification of the individual units

Project:Moorebank Avenue, Moorebank; Pembroke Road, Minto and Jedda Road, Prestons

Services: These industrial subdivisions from Australand Holdings are located adjacent to major traffic routes such as the South Western Motorway, the Hume Highway and the Westlink M7 and provide a range of lot sizes. The lots are offered as either vacant sites or Australand Holdings can design and construct an Industrial premises to meet the needs of their clients operations.
