Social Club
Barker Ryan Stewart has a fabulous Social Club which allows all members of staff to enjoy some time away from the office and to nurture our team environment and boost team morale.
Performance reviews
Annual performance reviews are implemented to monitor staff performance, staff skills, resource allocation, roles, responsibilities and training needs.
Annual conference
An annual 2 day conference is held for team building and strategy formulation. The conference is generally held in the first quarter of the financial year.

We offer administration, planners, civil engineers, environmental engineers, project managers and design drafters an ideal workplace for their professional development. There are ample opportunities for all team members to develop their practical experience through a diverse range of projects.
Our participation in the Engineers Australia Professional Development Program enables our engineers to improve their skills and ability in a structured manner, liaising closely with our professional development coordinator and senior engineering staff.
Our administration staff are encouraged and supported in furthering their professional development by undertaking relevant courses and liaising closely with our professional development coordinator.
